PERSIAN SAFFRON SHRIMP DISH

Ingredients

  • 300 g Shrimp
  • 1 mushroom package
  • 2 carrots
  • Few Olive
  • 1 small Bell pepper
  • Saffron powder
  • Little garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil/ 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

Chopped onions and fried until turning gold. Then grate the carrots into large chunks and add to the Grated bell pepper and cook them. Add mushrooms and shrimps at the same time. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly cooked mushrooms and shrimps as well. Finally your grated garlic, salt and pepper and add the saffron powder and turn off the flame. Pouring fresh lemon juice on it, food is ready. You can serve it.
